The Birkmühle with the associated gastronomy is a place where you feel comfortable and in good hands. The super nice hosts made sure of that. We had a wonderful and special wedding and a fantastic stay in the "Birkmühlennest" of the Rönsch family ... here the customer is actually still king. Culinary we were very spoiled ... Thanks again for everything ... and gladly again ??

On August 22, 2020 we celebrated our golden wedding in the Birkmühle. We came to Vespers by bus, followed by a guided tour of the mill. We were warmly welcomed with lots of lovely details. A personal sign at the entrance greeted us warmly. Everything in the dining room was also very festive. Everything was perfect and our guests were also very satisfied. Kudos to the staff for their effort and a very special thank you to the boss, Mr Rönsch, for a successful afternoon. Many greetings and thanks from Fam. Feist Ps. Very nice staff, hygiene is taken care of, disinfection at the entrance, tables are cleaned after each guest. Food was delicious. Price / performance ratio great. Highly recommended ?

Very nice restaurant and for couples who want to get married, the Birkmühle is an official wedding mill

Today we did a mill tour in Oderwitz and the surrounding area and also visited the Birkmühle. The mill makes a very neat impression from the outside, unfortunately it is fenced in contrast to the Berndtmühle and the Kottmarmühle. Unfortunately, detailed photos are not possible, which is a shame because we didn't want the mill to do anything bad. The new experience is that it is there too there will be a restaurant, we will test it soon and maybe it will be possible to see the windmill from close up and inside.

We had been to the Birkmühle Essen for a long time, and as always it was just delicious. Would love to come back because it is just nice and cozy.

Delicious freshly prepared food, priced perfectly fine. Only the drinks for children are in our opinion too expensive. The nice service you would have to give extra five points.

A very nice restaurant and worthwhile destination. Very nice decoration in the house, as well as in the adjacent beer garden and garden area. Friendly staff. Also, a visit to the mill behind it is worthwhile. There are fixed days and times, which one should inquire in advance.

A really friendly and cozy establishment. The food was delicious and the service was more than friendly. You realize that this is a family business, because everywhere the attention to detail. A restaurant that deserves the name of the restaurant and a real recommendation for all.

Really nice destination for the whole family. Delicious food, freshly prepared and lovingly prepared. There was also something for the kids and they like to walk around the beautiful playground and watch deer in the fallow deer park.

Goods for the Christmas buffet. Food was okay, prices could be a bit more appropriate for the region.

We had the venison and schnitzel ... Absolutely top and for a really good price! At any time again and can only be recommended !!!
